UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCING CONSISTENTLY SUPERIOR QUALITY CHEESE AND WHEY PRODUCTS, EMPLOYING PROCESS
ENHANCING TECHNOLOGY TO REDUCE MANUFACTURING COSTS, AND UTILIZING VALUE ADDED SERVICES TO MAXIMIZE PROFITABILITY.
IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF DAIRY OR FOOD PLANT PRODUCTION
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF BACTERIOLOGY, SANITATION, AND MAINTENANCE
BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE IN FOOD SCIENCE OR RELATED FIELD
5-7 YEARS PRIOR APPLICABLE EXPERIENCE IN A FOOD PRODUCTION SETTING
PROFICIENCY IN WORD, EXCEL, AND OUTLOOK
EXPERIENCE WITH ERP SYSTEMS
ABILITY TO GIVE AND RECEIVE CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK
EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS, ORGANIZATION, AND HUMAN RESOURCE SKILLS
ABILITY TO WORK IN AN UNSTRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT
RESPONSIBLE FOR LEADING A THREE SHIFT OPERATION
PRIMARY SHIFT IS DAYS BUT MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK SECOND AND THIRD SHIFT
WILL GO TO HOSPITAL WITH INJURED WORKERS TO COMMUNICATE LIGHT DUTY WORK POLICY
CONDUCT EVALUATIONS FOR ALL HOURLY CHEESE PLANT EMPLOYEES
